Reformer Level Two: Cardio + Advanced Teacher Training (25 Hours)
Ready to elevate your teaching and expand what’s possible on the reformer? This Level Two training is designed for certified or experienced instructors who are ready to move beyond the foundations and step into more dynamic, high-energy, and creatively programmed classes.
Over this immersive weekend, you’ll explore advanced reformer exercises and cardio-based sequencing that challenge strength, stamina, coordination, and control. Building on core Pilates principles, this training dives deeper into complexity, tempo, transitions, and flow — while maintaining a strong emphasis on precision, safety, and intelligent progression.
Through a blend of hands-on practice, teaching drills, and real-time feedback, you’ll refine your eye for movement, strengthen your cueing, and learn how to design classes that are both physically demanding and thoughtfully structured. You’ll leave with the tools, confidence, and clarity to deliver classes that are engaging, effective, and memorable.
Led by Melissa Quigley, this 25-hour certification includes in-person training as well as pre- and post-course work to support integration and continued growth beyond the weekend.
