Original Hot Yoga is our core class, also known as Bikram yoga, it is a traditional hatha yoga class where every class the same 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises are performed chronologically in a heated room. OHY is an all levels class designed for beginning yoga practitioners.

Reformer Pilates is a low impact, full body workout done using a Pilates reformer machine. The Pilates reformer looks like a bed frame with a carriage on wheels that roll up and down and you perform the moves. Our Reformer Pilates small group classes have a maximum of 6 students, giving you ample opportunity for individual attention.
All Reformer Pilates classes are 50 min and done in a room temperature room.

All classes start precisely on time and latecomers are not admitted. Give yourself ample time to arrive and find parking before class.

Particularly for the hot classes: hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Aim to drink an additional liter of water the day before your first class. Avoid heavy meals or drinking lots of liquids in the 2-3 hours before class. A light snack an hour before is great.
For all classes, plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before class to get a quick orientation and get yourself set up. Expect to stay for the duration of class.
For yoga, hot pilates and barre, bring a yoga mat and a towel to cover the entire length of your mat.
For reformer pilates and barre, bring grippy socks or purchase in studio for $3.

Wear something light and comfortable that you can move freely in. Most students wear shorts or leggings and a sports bra or sleeveless exercise shirt on top.
For the hot classes, expect to sweat!
