All classes are 50 minutes in a non heated studio, next door to our flagship downtown location.
All classes require grippy socks, bring your own or buy in studio for $10.

Reformer Foundations

Dynamic and efficient, our foundations class is fun and low impact. This full body workout uses a specialized pilates reformer machine, using straps and springs to increase resistance. You’ll feel strong and energized while increasing flexibility, posture and core strength.

All levels.

Reformer Tone + Sculpt

Reformer Sculpt with have you feeling every inch of your midriff, hips and legs from every angle and every direction. With a core, glute and midriff focus, this all-over class uses the resistance of the machine to challenge you as you mobilize your spine and incorporate leg and arm work. It will leave you feeling integrated, strong and mobile from head to toe.

Reformer Advanced

*No New Students Please*

Our Advanced class builds on the basics of the Reformer, adding more complex variations and longer sets. New exercises for upper body, core, and lower body are introduced, including standing work, which helps you continue to refine your form.

We recommend students have at least 5 classes prior to signing up for Advanced.

Reformer Cardio Tramp

A high-energy, low-impact class that combines strength, stability, and cardio using the reformer and trampoline-style rebounder. Expect a fun, full-body workout that boosts coordination, builds muscle, and torches calories—without the joint strain.

  • Reformer Pilates is a low impact, full body workout done using a Pilates reformer machine. The Pilates reformer looks like a bed frame with a platform on wheels that roll up and down and you perform the moves. Our Reformer Pilates small group classes have a maximum of 6 students, giving you ample opportunity for individual attention.

  • • Improved Core Strength: targets the deep core muscles, leading to better core strength and stability.

    • Increased Flexibility: elongates and stretches without straining muscles.

    • Enhanced Muscle Tone: full body workout that engages various muscle groups throughout the body.

    • Better Posture: emphasizes proper alignment and body awareness.

    • Enhanced Balance and Coordination: challenging and fun as you perform exercises on a moving carriage.

    • Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation: often used to treat injuries because the workout is low impact and gentle on the joints while strengthening muscles.

  • Come well hydrated and dressed to move. Bring grippy socks if you have them, otherwise they can be purchased in studio. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class for a quick orientation to the reformer machine.

  • Something you can move freely in. Grippy socks are required for the reformer machine. If you don’t have any, they can be purchased in studio.

  • We are in the historic Hudson building, located on the back, along the carriageway between Fisgard and Harold. We are directly next door to the Quantum hot yoga studio.

  • No. The reformer pilates classes are a separate membership package.

  • No. Reformer Pilates classes are held at comfortable room temperature. With variable tension spring adjustment, you decide how hard you work and how much you sweat!
