Chantelle Shah-Poulin

Chantelle is a professional movement educator and teacher trainer. She works as a Physio Assistant and has been teaching Barre, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Health and Fitness, various styles of yoga and personal coaching for over 15 years.

Chantelle has written curriculum for and co-led many teacher trainings, including Yogahour, Vinyasa, Reformer and now Barre. She holds over 1200 hours of certifications and over 15,000 teaching hours.

Her love for Barre began after the birth of her daughter, when she stepped into her first class and instantly felt the benefits. At first, she was drawn to the high energy, upbeat music, and fun cardio vibe—but the real gift was how quickly it helped her restore her pelvic floor and postural muscles, while rebuilding total body strength in such a short time.
